The dinner will take place at 2pm at Heffley Creek Hall. We will start with food and then go over the ceremony details including a mock run through. Everyone who is participating in the Ceremony such as the bridal party, officiant, etc., should attend, if possible. 

The ceremony will be taking place inside Heffley Creek Hall. You will need to find a seat in one of the chairs provided before the ceremony begins. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be turned off or are on silent during the ceremony. If you would like professional photos to be sent to you, we can arrange that. Once the ceremony is over we kindly ask that you take the chair you were sitting in and move it to your designated table. If you are unable to move your chair for whatever reason please do not hesitate to ask someone for assistance. 

After the ceremony the bride, groom, wedding party, and close family will be taking photos for approximately an hour. In the meantime people may grab a drink and mingle until the reception begins. Dinner will start around 6:00pm followed by speeches, wedding games, and then the first dance. Dancing will continue into the night as long as there is someone on the floor! 

If you would like to stay and help us tear down and/or clean the venue please feel free to do so. We know that you are all traveling very far to come to the wedding and we are so grateful to you all for that so we do not expect anyone to stay. We have the venue for another day so we have plenty of time to do it ourselves so no pressure at all!
